Pets are cherished members of our community.
Please observe the following guidelines for responsible pet ownership:
- Register your pet with the Society Office — provide flat number, pet type, breed, age, emergency contact and vaccination details.
- Always supervise your pet in common areas — pets must never roam unattended in corridors, lobbies, parking areas, gardens, rooftops or driveways.
- Use a leash or harness when taking dogs through common areas; an adult must always accompany the dog (not children alone).
- Immediately clean up pet waste — carry disposal bags, pick up faeces, rinse urine spots, and dispose of waste only in designated receptacles. This is one of the strictest requirements.
- Keep vaccinations current — ensure timely anti-rabies and other vaccinations and be ready to share records with the Association when asked.
- Prevent noise and nuisance — take reasonable steps to control excessive barking and ensure your pet does not chase, frighten or jump on residents, staff or visitors.
- Be courteous in lifts — if another resident is uncomfortable, offer to take the next available lift as a matter of courtesy.
- Keep pets away from children’s play areas, swimming pools and food service zones — these are restricted for hygiene and safety reasons.
- In case of a bite or injury, immediately assist the injured person, report the incident to the Society Office, and cooperate fully with medical and veterinary authorities.
- Never abandon a pet within or around the society premises, and do not encourage teasing or provoking of any animal.
