- The community hall(s) should be booked in advance to avoid last-minute hassle and confusion.
- The residents should strictly adhere to the booking time and duration of the hall.
- Please take help from gate security to park the outsider vehicle came to attend the function.
- The hall should be kept clean and tidy, and no damage should be caused to the property or equipment.
- Loud music or any other activities that disturb the peace of the society should be avoided, and any kind of music play is strictly prohibited post 11:00 PM. Use pre installed music system instead of renting an external music system.
- Dismantling of temporary structures or any catering services should not happen post 11 PM
- The upper limit for roof top pandal/temporary structure is 11 feet max. The organizer should keep this in mind and instruct the decorator accordingly.
- The residents should take care of the safety and security of the hall and report any suspicious activity to the society.
- Any damage or loss caused to the property during the event will be the responsibility of the resident who booked the hall.
- The society may charge a security deposit for the use of the banquet hall, which will be refunded after the event if no damage is caused.
- Any violation of the rules can result in the cancellation of the booking and penalty charges.
